Step by Step guide on how to install and use the ClickCall feature.
With the ClickCall feature, you will no longer need to use microphones, speakers or headphones to make a VoIP call.
  1. Please go to http://cc.truevoip.com/tools/clickcall.exe or click here to download.
  2. File Download window will open as shown in the image below.  Please press "Run".

  1. After Application is loaded on your computer, security warning will ask you again if you want to Run the application.  Please press "Run".

  1. Please read the terms of agreement and press "I Agree" to proceed or "Cancel" to stop.

  1. The installation will start.  Please press "Install" to proceed.

  1. When installation is complete.  Please press "Close".

  1. Our Website will open and you should see a telephone icon added next to your browser' usual icons.

  1. Click on the Phone icon.  Enter your account number and password.  You may choose to save the account and password for quick launching or choose not to save information and enter the account and password each time you want to use ClickCall.

  1. Once your account is authenticated, the ClickCall dialer should launch.  Please Press "Edit" to add or change your home/office telephone number where you are calling from.  Please enter the number starting with 00+Country+Area+Number. Press "Change".  You may change this number at any time by pressing the "edit" button.

           

  1. Your ClickCall is now ready.  To make a call please enter your destination number and press "Call".  Your home/office telephone number will ring.  Please pickup and wait for the called party to answer.  To use a new account, please click "access" and enter the new account number and password.
